Refund policy

Returns

We currently do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A photo of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Your order number

Email us at BRIXstress@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Your order arrives damaged or incomplete

  • We are unable to fulfill your pre-order

  • An order was placed in error and canceled within 24 hours (before shipping)

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.


Exchanges

Because of the limited edition and handmade nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, we’ll do our best to replace it with the same or a comparable item, if available.
